Adding Printer to SMART Via ARCC

Once a printer is installed on your device, additional software is required for that printer to show up on your SMART system. 

ARCC provides the latest updates for Terminal Service downloads which will connect your printer from your system to the SMART desktop client as well as instructions on their website.
  • Navigate to
  • Hover over the SUPPORT AREAS tab, then select the PAYROLL link. 

  • Click on the link on the page under Payroll Software labeled Terminal Service Connection Page

  • Download and install the proper ScrewDrivers client software that matches your computer (Note: All current NESC Windows machines are 64-bit)

Once the software has been installed, log into SMART desktop connection as normal. When ready to print, select the Printer Setup button to toggle between printers to select the desired printer.
