Outlook Web App (OWA) for NESC

Accessing the Northeast Service Cooperative's Outlook Mail Web Application From Any Browser:

Direct link to access Outlook out of office: https://email.nescmn.net/owa

This application requires Multifactor Authentication (MFA or 2FA) using Duo: https://guide.duo.com/



This link can also be found on the Northeast Service Cooperative website by following the steps below:
  • Open a web browser and navigate to the NESC website at https://www.nescmn.net 
  • Select the Employee Portal button on the navigation bar, then select Technology from the left menu tab
  • Click the link named Outlook Web App




Login Instructions:

This Outlook web application is only intended for staff NESC email access and cannot be used to access other email accounts
  • Enter the login with the following format (Note that the slash is typically located above the Enter key on a standard keyboard): nesc\user name 
    • Ex. John Smith with email address jmith@nescmn.net would enter: nesc\jsmith
  • Enter the password to the email address, then click Sign In
