Repairing a Program Install

Sometimes an installation of a program may need to be repaired. 

2 common programs that may require repair:
Microsoft Office
Adobe Acrobat







2. When the Control Panel window opens, select Programs and Features or Uninstall a program (below you will see 2 different examples of what you may see depending on how the view is set up):

3. Once you are in Programs and Features window, select your program, then right-click and choose Change, Repair, or Modify, depending on the options listed. Do NOT choose Uninstall. Once the installer opens, choose repair, and then just wait and follow on-screen instructions (typically a computer restart after the repair finishes).
