Adobe Acrobat: Unable to Print .PDF to Network Drive Using Adobe Print Converter
Posted by Shannon Mattila on 01 July 2021 03:30 PM
If you're able to use Adobe Print Converter when using the print option and your file does not appear to be in the network drive location folder that you saved to, advanced printing features on Adobe PDF Converter may need to be disabled.
*Note: Another way to test if this is the issue would be to save to your local desktop. If the file appears there, but not in the network drive, this will indicate that these steps should be taken to resolve.

1. Navigate to Control Panel
  • Windows 7: Start Menu  >  Control Panel
  • Windows 10: Start Menu Search  >  type Control Panel into search bar  >  Open Control Panel app

2. Select Devices and Printers
  • Note: If you do not see the option, select the View by: drop down menu in the upper right corner, then select Small icons

3. Right-Click on Adobe PDF Converter, then select Printer properties from the drop down menu

4. Select the Advanced tab  Un-check Enable advanced printing features  >  OK

5. Re-attempt saving to network drive
