Cisco Phone: Change Voicemail Password

Change Your Voicemail PIN on Cisco IP Phone
From the phone:
- Click the Messages button (or Envelope icon)
- Follow the prompts:
- Enter current PIN followed by #
- Press 4: Setup Options
- Press 3: Preferences
- Press 1: Change PIN
- Continue to follow the prompts to create a new PIN followed by the pound key (#)
- Enter new PIN followed by #
- Re-enter new PIN followed by #
You will be notified that the new PIN was successfully saved. If the new PIN does not meet the requirements, you will be notified to enter a different PIN.
PIN Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 4 digits long
- Cannot be a previously used PIN
- Cannot contain simple numbers
- Examples of simple numbers: 1234, 1111, 4321, 2121
