I can not login.. login failed.. password failed.

Two options have occurred;
- The account has become locked due to too many login failures. OR
- The password was changed or become forgotten.

A locked account can only be restored by a system administrator, you will need to open a ticket to have this reset.

A forgotton password is quite simple to reset and restore. Reference the Knowledgebase article related to restoring/resetting your password.

Two students, Bo Olson (bb_olson@hotmail.com) and Jorden Arbach (jorden_a4@hotmail.com) have incorrect passwords and cannot log into the MSCOnline System. When we tried to reset their passwords, neither student ever received a password reset email in their mailbox. Could you please provide a new password for them to login and forward the new password to either myself or Tammy Roth? Thanks.
